Shipping rates for countries outside the EU are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

14-Day Return Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused

• It must be in its original packaging

• All accessories must be included

• Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene reasons, used hair tools cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank

Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

Faulty or Damaged Items
